Through exploring difficult feelings, thoughts, experiences, and the places you get stuck, these begin to hold less power over you and your life. I will help you find ways to understand and shift the patterns that are getting in your way, identify strengths, build and strengthen skills to better manage distress, and live more presently and authentically.
