I received my BA with Honors from Brown University and my master’s from Boston College. I acquired my clinical training at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School’s largest psychiatric affiliate, in the division of Anxiety & Mood Disorders. I also trained at the OCD Institute, the nation’s first and foremost treatment center for obsessive-compulsive disorder. I help adults with anxiety and self-doubt move past the “what if's” and learn to live life with confidence and self-trust. I especially enjoy working with clients with “Pure O” and have obsessions about identity, sexuality, religion, morality, relationships, and harm.
