Currently accepting new clients! Catherine is an experienced, passionate clinician who has a focus on acute needs regarding substance use and trauma. Often, but not always, these two areas of treatment intersect, and Catherine feels strongly about helping her clients understand themselves and what propels them forward. She comes to her current practice with experience in intensive outpatient programs and substance use treatment. While substance use and trauma are of major focus, Catherine is equally passionate about helping people with anxiety, grief, sleep disturbance, and emotional wellbeing. Whether working with a child, adolescent or adult, she uses a research-informed approach, incorporating skill development, self-discovery, expression, and mindfulness. You’ll also find Catherine to be a compassionate, empathetic person, seeing you as you are, where you are, without judgment.
