I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (NE) and Licensed Independent Social Worker (IA) with 25+ years of experience providing therapy to individuals ages 18 and up. I use cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, person-centered, and mind-body approaches to support the whole person. I specialize in treating anxiety, mood and sleep disorders (including CBT-I), depression, women’s issues, and provide sports/performance counseling for athletes in a collaborative, supportive environment. While the concerns discussed in therapy are inherently complex and serious, I strive to create an atmosphere that balances thoughtful exploration with a sense of humor, honest feedback, and a personalized experience where clients feel safe, supported, and truly seen.
