Do you want to make a change in your life and don’t know how or where to begin? With over 20 years of experience as a therapist, I have found that a non-judgmental, supportive environment is often the most effective avenue to facilitate change and accomplish personal goals, and I strive to incorporate these qualities into my practice. I have worked with many diverse populations, including individuals experiencing alcohol and drug use issues, depression, anxiety, life adjustment issues, as well as domestic violence and sexual assault survivors.
