I work with individuals and couples to process and learn to cope with issues that create frustration and difficulty moving forward in life. Within our sessions you can expect a warm environment that supports your growth through conversation, empathy, and even humor at times. I value the therapeutic relationship and always work hard to meet the unique needs of each individual I work with. I am passionate about working with people from all different backgrounds. My specialities include working with young adults, new mothers, parents, and couples.
