Catherine Kabasia, is a licensed therapist and holistic healer who supports adults navigating trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, anger, loneliness, stress related to immigration issues, job related stress, domestic abuse and emotional exhaustion. Her work integrates evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, and Internal Family Systems with somatic and energy-based practices to promote deep, sustainable healing. She strives to create a safe and supportive space to help clients navigate My therapeutic skills set include CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS & EMDR. I also have certification in alternative healing. Currently seeing clients during the weekend and after 5pm during the week.
