Currently only accepting clients who are interested in or recommended for EMDR! I work with adult individuals to help them with a variety of stressors and experiences, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, uncomfortable or unfamiliar emotions, and relationship difficulties. I am an LGBTQIA+ identifying and affirming therapist, and love working with members of our community. I also have experience working with ethical non-monogamy, chronic pain or illness, and neurodivergence.
