Everyone around you tells you that your child or teen just needs more discipline...more structure...stricter rules...but you think that maybe they just need help adjusting to this pandemic - and to life. I hear you, and I’d love to help. I’ve worked with many kids just like yours with overcoming their challenges and engaging in life again. My warm and inviting personality allows me to connect easily with my clients, and I offer a whole range of science-based, therapeutic strategies to assist kids with learning new ways of handling their strong emotions. We are able to provide therapy to each family member who needs it, and then to consult as a team to assist the family as a whole with making BIG improvements.
