Have you been struggling with trauma, grief or a longing to feel re-connected? I utilize evidence-based practices to foster deeper intimacy, clarity, and compassion, in a nonjudgemental collaborative space. My approach strives to be gentle and respectful of each person's process, informed by mindfulness, visualization, and somatic inquiry. We will explore change, focus on cultivating self-compassion, and recognize that meeting your needs will allow you to approach others from a place of wholeness. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor, Licensed Addiction Counselor, and Registered Horticultural Therapist. I practice a Harm Reduction approach to treatment and I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)+Addiction Protocol, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic IFS +Clinical Hypnotherapy.
