It is a collaborative effort, in the best interest of the client, and with the client who is ready for change, and willing to do the work. Therapy is a commitment, a risk, and takes courage. Finding connections to our emotions and behaviors keeping us from living the life we want, gives us hope and new perspectives for positive change.
