Hi, I’m Catherine, but you can call me Cat. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I provide a compassionate and collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are. My work focuses on supporting adults and adolescents navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Together, we will work to slow things down to explore patterns of thought, emotion, and behavior so you can reconnect with your strengths and move toward the life you want. My approach blends various evidence-based practices including: Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, Structural Dissociation, Attachment theories, and grounding techniques. This integration helps with addressing both present struggles and underlying wounds in a way that builds resilience, emotional regulation, and a deeper connection to yourself.
