As creatures of habit, we sometimes find it challenging to access the space and resources that we need in order to affect change. I am passionate about working with individuals to support them in achieving increased balance and happiness within the orbits of life: work, romance, joy, and family. I am experienced in working with children and adults impacted by substance abuse, trauma, depression and anxiety. I am certified in EMDR and have experience working with the LGBTQIA2S+ community. I believe that the work done in therapy can reconnect us with our true selves, with our goals, and with a renewed excitement for the future.
