Congratulations on taking a step toward personal growth! Asking for help can be so hard, so please know that this demonstrates significant strength. Life can be wonderful and beautiful, but we all go through pain at some point. From my own personal journey, I have come to embrace the truth that every obstacle is an opportunity to grow mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I function with an unwavering belief at the core of my practice: Change happens....the only true barrier to change is ourselves. Over the past decade, I've helped clients work through a wide spectrum of problems. For several years, I served as Program Director for a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing assistance to individuals with serious mental illnesses. I use several modalities in treating clients from EMDR to narrative and Cognitive Behavioral therapy.
