Hello! My name is Catherine Scholz and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working with clients in Colorado in person as well as telehealth clients in North Carolina. I enjoy helping teens and young adults navigate life's curve balls such as relationship issues and breakups. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and suicidality. In addition, I love to provide parent coaching to help parents navigate the ups and downs of growing up.
