I offer a range of comprehensive mental health services for young adults and teens in Maryland. I specialize in treating emotional, mood, behavioral, trauma, and identity-related concerns through empowering and encouraging growth within my clients. As a former athlete and two-time NCAA national champion, I also specialize in working with athletes. I understand the unique stressors and experiences of being an athlete and am committed to reducing the stigma surrounding athlete mental health.
