I am passionate about helping clients find a path to greater joy, freedom, and satisfaction in their lives. In therapy, this happens when we become more aware of our emotional responses, our thought habits, and how they work together to help us make sense of our experiences. I combine approaches, such as emotionally focused and cognitive work, solutions orientation, development of more effective coping skills, mindfulness, and an emphasis on following my client's lead in becoming more of whom he or she was made to be. It is truly a privilege to witness clients' movement toward freedom from depression, anxiety, relational conflict, and chaos.
