I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 12 years of professional experience helping teens, adults, and seniors work through anxiety, depression, anger, borderline personality disorder (BPD), poor coping skills, dysfunctional relationships, low self-esteem, and more. My past experience includes working in a mental health outreach program with individuals who struggle with chronic mental health issues, and I have also provided short-term therapy to individuals in this capacity. I also use motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to help elicit goals and promote self-discovery.
