I am not accepting new clients at this time. As a therapist with many years of experience, I know that the most important aspect of the therapeutic relationship is the connection between me and my client. I am able to help my clients tap into the strengths and abilities they have to face the problem that has led them into my office. Many people suffer from anxiety brought on by the pressures of everyday life. I use an eclectic approach in therapy combining cognitive, behavioral, mindfulness and insight oriented approaches with an understanding of how our past experiences affect us today.
