I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Marriage Counselor for 30 years. I create a caring and trusting environment in which we can work together. I am an active participant in your problem-solving. I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy to help you change. I also believe strongly in Positive Psychology meaning that we recognize and enhance your strengths . I work with people who are anxious and depressed, relationship issues, and people who are experiencing loss of all kinds ( ie: death, divorce etc.). It takes courage to look at oneself, but it is worth the search.
