I'm Catherine (Catt) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver. My background includes extensive work with children, adolescents, adults, and families in inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings. My approach integrates evidence-based practices while always being grounded in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally responsive care. I believe that healing begins with relationships and collaboration. My work focuses on empowering individuals and families to recognize their innate resilience, develop effective coping skills, and foster strength.
