I offer psychotherapy services to address a variety of concerns in an individualized way. Utilizing evidence-based modalities we will work together to develop a path of healing best suited for you. I provide a supportive and safe environment to invite you to identify and explore parts of yourself and the internal cycles that need your attention so that you can experience peace and freedom from suffering. I will guide and teach you the skills to navigate your system with the care it needs to heal and transform. I provide mindfulness-based and attachment based modalities of therapy for individuals, couples and families. I specialize in treating anxiety; depression; PTSD; late-diagnosed ADHD and Autism. I also provide guidance for couples and families to connect in the ways they truly are needing. I have training in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples & Families and Internal Family Systems.
