I have extensive training and experience treating mental health issues within various settings and I have learned to conduct thorough and individualized assessments, provide mindful diagnoses and offer individually tailored treatment to adults and adolescents experiencing a range of clinical issues. Most often, I see clients who are suffering from anxiety disorders, depression, or general emotional distress stemming from interpersonal challenges, trauma or grief. I also work with many individuals who are experiencing low self-esteem, body image issues, and academic/occupational challenges.
