Life can include a fair number of stressors and sometimes one needs a helping hand. Seeking guidance through life’s ups and downs or feelings of being stuck are normal. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and although I am Psychodynamic trained, I utilize an eclectic approach in my work. I truly believe that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone for progress and growth throughout treatment. I am dedicated to encouraging and empowering clients in a safe space and committed to working with the client to achieve their goals, create healthy boundaries, and enhance mental well-being.
