My favorite thing about being a counselor is creating that safe space for someone to feel comfortable enough to let their true selves be seen. In my office, there is no need to apologize for being yourself and saying what's really on your mind. After building a strong connection, you and I will come up with a plan to help you achieve your goals with intent to create a more peaceful, joyful and meaningful life. Although I have experience working with an array of Mental Health-related challenges, I specialize in helping individuals and couples enhance their quality of life by healing relational wounds to create a better relationship within one's self, and teaching social-emotional skills to help people feel more at peace and stable in their day-to-day life.
