I believe people find it easier to gain self improvement when they have someone supportive and unbiased to speak to. I am here to help work through and discuss any uncomfortable feelings or life struggles you may be experiencing. In my approach to therapy, I help assist the exploration of emotions, relationships, life goals, family dynamics and trauma. It's important to help every individual develop an appreciation for their story and to work on acceptance in order to move forward without feeling alone. I also implement Life Coaching sessions to those seeking short or long term goals. I am well versed in life skills of all kinds.
