I’m Cathy Kleinschmit, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience helping adolescents and adults navigate challenges like trauma, ADHD, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues. Before becoming a counselor, I spent 15 years working in the public school system as a paraprofessional, supporting both elementary and high school students.
