I provide a trauma-informed, holistic approach to therapy, helping teens and adults manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship concerns. Using CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques, I create a supportive space where clients can explore challenges, build coping skills, and take meaningful steps toward emotional well-being.
