I use a collaborative approach to help you process how complex systems such as family, school, work & healthcare and -isms like capitalism, ableism, racism, cisism, etc. have impacted your sense of self and belonging. I support the unlearning of unhelpful scripts while offering skills to help you re-attune to gut instincts, harness your strengths & grow meaningful connections with self & others while deepening your understanding of your place in this world. As a clinical social worker with over a decade of experience providing trauma-informed care to the LGBTQ+ community, my practice is grounded in anti-oppression & liberation psychology. I prioritize trust & strength-building as I collaborate with clients to develop support strategies & connect them to resources tailored to their unique experiences and needs.
