I understand the importance of connection and acknowledge that change is inevitable in life. I believe that we all have the capacity to arrive at our own solutions, though sometimes, we may need support and guidance. I use a strengths-based, interactive, and direct approach to support my clients in navigating life's transitions and strengthening their connections. My use of humor, coupled with my direct approach, allows my clients to view themselves, and their lives, from a fresh perspective. I view our therapeutic relationship as a space for you to safely explore your ever-evolving thoughts, values, emotions, and relationships. I provide Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based treatment that reprograms how distressing memories are stored in the brain, reducing emotional and physical responses. ART works quickly and is effective for trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, phobias, and enhancing sports performance by resolving mental blocks and performance anxiety.
