I’m Cathey W. Law, LPC—therapist and former HR/DEI leader. I help high-achieving women and men 40+ heal burnout, calm anxiety, and rebuild identity after loss, divorce, or racialized stress. We’ll build a strong therapeutic alliance, then tailor work with Brainspotting, somatic tools, IFS, and Narrative Therapy to reach what talk alone can’t and create habits that fit now. Sessions are warm, direct, and culturally attuned, with simple between-session practices. Telehealth in Texas and Vermont. I accept select insurance and self-pay. New clients welcome.
