I primarily provide therapy for children and women, supporting concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. I have experience in both outpatient counseling and secure inpatient settings, allowing me to offer grounded, trauma-informed care across a wide range of emotional and behavioral needs. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+ inclusive. I utilize Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, DBT skills and strength-based therapy to create a collaborative and personalized counseling experience.
