Growing up and growing into adulthood, can be confusing, overwhelming, and full of unexpected challenges. Many young people struggle to understand themselves, especially when anxiety, attention difficulties, or big emotions get in the way. My name is Cathleen, and I work with emerging adults (ages 18–30), children, and adolescents, supporting them through these important developmental stages with care, insight, and encouragement. I have a particular passion for helping emerging adults who are late-diagnosed with ADHD make sense of their experiences.
