I have been practicing psychotherapy for over 35 years providing services to children, adolescents and adults which are individualized , adaptive, and strength based . I have an integrative approach , using modalities in which I have received extensive training : EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Hypnotherapy, all of which incorporate a trauma informed dimension. In addition, I received a Post Graduate Certification in Addiction: Evaluation and Treatment from Boston University. Woven through my work is my meditation practice ( Vipassana) of 20 years.
