I have worked in a variety of settings, including an inpatient crisis hospital, with military families, in career counseling, and for a non-profit in a sexual abuse trauma treatment program. I specialize in Military Culture, Blended Families, Divorce, and Addiction. Oftentimes, the past that shaped us can also keep us stuck. I work with you to identify your “stuck points” and explore how to move past them at a pace that is comfortable for you. My life passion is helping others discover their own, and I strive to help clients find their purpose and passion for life, whatever that may be.
