As a therapist, I believe simply in a person's ability to change whether it is drawing on the strengths one already has or stepping into the fear and excitement of new discovery. My role is to offer you a safe and respectful place where I acknowledge you, provide compassion for where you have been and support for where you will go. Therapy is a unique relationship built on trust. While I will cheerlead with you, I will also provide a mirror for you to find your own truth and that requires honest engagement and exploration of self. Life can be a challenge and if you are wanting to explore purpose and joy, I invite you to my practice.
