I am a licensed psychologist with almost 30 years of experience. Although I have experience working with children, teens, couples, and families, I am currently limiting my practice to individual adults. I generally work mostly from both a humanistic and cognitive behavioral approach. I find that who we are as individuals, and how we feel about ourselves is a critical components of how we are able to cope. How we think about things, events, others, ourselves, and what we do, shapes our experiences.
