As an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in using an integrated, strength-based therapeutic approach to assist clients in developing self-awareness, heal from trauma, manage anxiety and depression, work through fears, and improve relationships. My clients are both women and men who range in age from 16 years to older adult age and have a wide range of mental health concerns. For those clients who request faith-based counseling, I welcome integrating counseling interventions with a Christian, Biblically based lens, but counsel a diverse population and clients of all faiths from a place of respect.
