Welcome! My name is Cathy and I am here for you. It takes courage and vulnerability to seek out support. I can offer you a safe place to breathe and explore issues that you are finding challenging. We will work together towards a more empowering place of calm/happiness, particularly during this unprecedented pandemic. I am a loving mother of 4 kids and I have over 30 years of experience working in mental health. I have worked in various environments, including the local hospital's mental health clinic, consulting work, chronic mental illness, home-based parent training, school-based mental health counseling, mobile crisis unit, and currently in private practice.
