I use an open conversational style, drawing upon IFS, Somatic Experiencing and childhood trauma work. While supporting individuals as they face relationship concerns, sexual abuse and other types of distress, I find it valuable to get curious for what may be lingering in the body, perhaps contributing to pain in one's life today.
