My ideal client is one who is highly motivated to change. I counsel clients in individual, couple, or group sessions to assist them in dealing with mental or physical illness as well as depression and anxiety due to unemployment and personal issues. I also assist in family and marital conflict. I collaborate with physicians and nurse practitioners for treatment planning and medication needs and am adept at conflict resolution. I encourage telehealth visits and may be able to be more accommodating to your time schedule via a virtual session. My core competencies are critical thinking and being highly principled and ethical.
