I practice counseling via telehealth in Vermont with over 20 years of experience working with youth and adults in community mental health, adult services and in higher education. I work with clients of all genders. I enjoy helping women overcome the social and cultural pressures that can make life more difficult, fostering resilience, confidence, and self-compassion. I also have experience working with men and am familiar with military family issues. In addition I have a background in athletics.
