For more than 30 yrs, I've had the privilege of helping clients reconnect with their own strength, clarity and inner wholeness. I primarily work with adults who are ready not just to cope with their trauma, but to HEAL it. I believe everyone is born whole and fundamentally good- and that life experiences, painful relationships, or limiting beliefs make us forget who we really are. My work is to help you remember. My work is warm, attuned and deeply respectful of your pace.
