Therapy is a meeting of minds, hearts, and spirits between a person seeking and another person holding space. My practice focuses on working with people who have experienced childhood trauma (including abuse, neglect, bullying, medical complications, a parent with a significant mental illness, etc) or trauma as an adult, chronic or ongoing medical complications, complicated grief, or after a recent loss, and existential or spiritual dilemmas.
