I use a practical common sense approach towards goal-oriented therapy. My focus is to establish a collaborative approach with clients, empowering each to acquire and implement techniques to reach their desired goals; enhance their overall functioning and well being. I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Treatment Model however, at times I believe it best to use a combination of treatment methods to meet each individual's needs; helping clients discover what works best for their success.
