I am a client centered, strength based therapist, with over 25 years experience; working with adults ages 20 and up who are wanting to make positive changes in their lives. I currently work with individual adults; using a psychodynamic model of therapy that works best with each client. I have extensive experience working with people who have depression, anxiety, trauma, post traumatic stress, grief, as well as family of origin issues. I also have a long history working with neuro- divergent clients.
