Glad you’re here. Change is possible and it begins right now. I am licensed in Connecticut and South Carolina. My practice is focused on working with individuals who are interested in EMDR, somatic-based therapy, and mindful based practices. I am currently accepting telehealth clients. Using attachment-focused EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, we’ll create a compassionate space to support healing and growth at a pace that honors your nervous system.
