I am passionate about working with adult and teen clients, who are experiencing a wide range of difficulties. Most frequently, I work with clients struggling with anxiety and depression, as well as individuals yearning for change, managing life transitions, dealing with relationship challenges, or looking for coping skills to better handle stress. I will tailor my treatment approach to meet your specific needs and work from a holistic lens, utilizing evidence-based practices to integrate aspects of mental, physical, and emotional well-being. I am dedicated to creating a collaborative, creative, safe and flexible space for my clients to heal and grow. I bring my authentic self into the therapy room and prioritize the client-therapist relationship above all else. It is an honor to walk alongside my clients as they process life experiences.
