Hello, I'm Cayla, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I understand that starting with a new therapist can be overwhelming or nerve-wracking, but I promise we will go at your pace. My approach to therapy is client-centered, focusing on your unique needs and goals. I believe in creating a safe, supportive environment where you can feel comfortable sharing and exploring your thoughts and feelings. I received my undergraduate degree from Northwest MO State University in 2004 and gained valuable experience in the field before returning to school for my graduate degree.
