I typically help teens and adults with relational issues, ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, childhood trauma, or anyone feeling "stuck" in their life. I work with clients seeking to identify obstacles to their healing and develop strategies to achieve their wellness goals. Whether you're seeking sustainable long-term transformation or immediate symptom management, we'll collaborate to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique therapeutic needs. Individuals at all intersections of culture, race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, and life experiences are welcomed and celebrated here. Working through a feminist, social-justice lens, I integrate psychodynamic and person-centered techniques to create an affirming and collaborative space for clients to explore healing and create meaningful change. I have specialty training in ADHD treatment and offer EMDR.
